Thanks for the invitation to Ravelry -- I look forward to participating. And I also have a Boston Terrier -- a three year old little girl named Ginger.

Thanks to you and Bob for the invite. I'm excited but a bit hesitant. I'll do my best to show my work and my dreams. I've chosen lela for my name. Hope you have time to enjoy it, too.

I came across your website and I'm pretty sure I went to high school with you in NJ (NHHS). I was a freshman when you were a senior. I just wanted to say hi and tell you that you have a great website you're creating!

What a great comment thread on the TechCrunch site! I defintately shook my fist at the screen when I read Chris's comment, but the rest of the conversation was absolutely great. I work in tech support for professional, custom installed, PA, and home theater audio, and I'm the only female specialist out of a department pushing 150. I am surprised and gratified daily by my coworkers interest in my knitting, it's so great to see knitters mentioned on a site like that! Congrats!

So sorry to ask this question on your personal blog, (which is fab, btw! I just started reading it a couple months ago) but I tried to email you and my service said that it was undeliverable, so here goes: I am so excited to have received my ravelry invite, but when I try to get in using my email addresss, it won't let me. I'm sure that I must be missing some important detail due to my un-savvy tech inabilities. What must I do? Again, apologies for not contacting you in a more appropriate manor. Continued best wishes for your amazing new venture!

Hi

I just checked my spot on the Ravelry waitlist and I see that I am at 24!! YAY! I am getting ready to leave for vacation and I am not sure of my internet connection. Please don't let my invite run out of time!! I will be back late on Sept 3rd. IF my internet connection turns out to be working it looks like I may get me some quality Ravelry time!

Thanks and I can't wait.

That techcrunch site got buried in comments praising Ravelry. As for the other comments, I don't get gaming and stuff like that but I would never assume that all gamers are pasty white, geeky, single men sitting in dark rooms surrounded by junk food wrappers and empty pop cans. Why others assume so much about things they don't get is beyond me. I guess without any twits, we would have no bar to rise above. ;)

Love Bob and the fish! So funny. Apollo would have sniffed them then tried to roll in them. Bugger dog loves to roll in stinky things.
