Updates and del.icio.us
Doing a little housecleaning around here!
-I have finally updated my ‘about‘ page- not entirely happy with it but it is better than what was there before.
-My links page is soooo out of date- people’s links are broken and so many are missing. I will get to that soon- it is super hard to keep it updated. Maybe I should just let it go?
-I have been trying to keep up with the books I am reading, on my books page- some good ones on there! I go through periods where I don’t read that much, only a little before bed… but then I get back into it and read a ton. Going though a reading streak at the moment.
Also, I have been using del.icio.us for about a week now. Casey has been using it for like 2 years now but I never really understood why it was cool until now. You could spend hours bouncing around people’s bookmarks. Me likey.
If anyone is interested, here is the feed for my bookmarks.
Anybody else use del.icio.us?
I just realized that never posted Bob’s cone pictures right after he got the snip-snip. They are too funny not to share.
How can you do this to me?

aw!! what a cute puppy!!
i use delicious. the links on my sidebar are pulled directly from my feeds as well as the links to knitting patterns on my patterns page. you could probably use the same technique for keeping your links page up to date. just create a tag cluster called “favorites” or something and then use the RSS feed of that cluster in your links page. i’m sure that wordpress has an RSS parser plugin

Bob’s such a cutie!
And I love del.icio.us, my username is webguru4god. It’s really awesome to be able to have all my bookmarks wherever I go, and it’s fun to browse through other people’s stuff too.
And not to alarm you, I just thought you should know that there’s a pending lawsuit against Greenies right now, because a number of dogs have died from intestinal blockages because the Greenies didn’t break down. Here’s an article about it: http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/02/14/dangerous.dogtreat/index.html
I used to give Greenies to my dogs all the time, they loved them so much, and I had no idea there were potential hazards until my vet told me. Just figured you’d want to know.

Jess – Bob is just to cute!! Be careful of those Greenies though, they often swallow a “to big” piece and problems occur. brody developed a stomach freak out from those. (That is a vet techie term so you know) If he eats anything that is not chewed properly – PUKE – and then I have to clean it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awww, Bob is so sad and cute. Poor little guy.
Is Del.icio.us easy to use?

Hey Jess. Delurking once again to say that Bob is the most precious dog ever. After I read about him I researched Boston Terriers a bit and they seem like great guys to have around
I am also in love with miniature Pinchers.
Oh and about the links page.. I would say keep it. I personally use bloggers’ links page to find other great blogs, in fact I found yours through Carrieoke . If it’s not too much effort for you, I think it’s valuable to keep around.
Have a super week!
Colleen
PS: love the fingerless gloves, I made some of my own with a single cable on the top a while ago, but they are small peanuts compared to yours!

Aw, what a sweetie peetie! Poor Bob–no one likes to be a lampshade-head! He is so cute, even with the lampshade, though.
I will have to check out del.icio.us, it sounds like it could use up many hours of my time!
