If so, congratulations! 450 sq ft? We lived like that for years until we bought our townhouse, after a year, we feel like we are already growing out of it. I love, love that colour combination. Dark brown and bright colours (blue, turquoise, pink) seem so warm and inviting. Did I see in comments that you got it?! If so, congratulations!
