New Look

I am so excited about my new design! Fun, huh?
Case and I had a great time putting together the new design but the poor guy was up really late fixing up the background stuff. He upgraded me from MT to the new WordPress and changed hosts. I am really happy with WordPress- it seems to be so much easier to use than MT.
Casey and I are still working on some things and hope to have everything all set up before we leave for vacation on Friday. Oh vacation! We are going to the Dominican Republic with Casey’s mom and sisters… should be really fun. I am stressed out though- it is always crazy before leaving for vacation, huh?

It looks great – the persistent banner/navigation when scrolling is interesting.
I’m nostolgic for the old soft colors, but i’ll get used to this! Nice job, guys.

Oh I am so uber jealous of your vacation! I love the new design. The husband promised me one too. I’m trying not to bug him about it.

I use WordPress too and love it. The only thing is that you have to be careful about editing because it re-updates bloglines each time you to. But you’re right, it’s very easy to use.
