Maya came over this past Friday and we made a yummy potato pie. It was huge and full of cheese, heavy cream, potatoes, leeks, and parsley…

Casey, Maya and I made a pretty good dent in it. mmmm!

Forgot to take an after picture- we were too busy inhaling it. :)

    YUM! That looks like just the thing . . . potatoes, cheese, and pastry — how can you go wrong?

    I went running yesterday and used thoughts of heavy cream and puff pastry to push me through the pain. I am feeling it today, but I’m sure I shaved off some of those cheese pounds. :-)

    There really isn’t enough cheese in the world, is there. Or pie.
