Sheeps!
Today I was catching up on my bloggy friends and I read Carrieoke’s post about how she was going to the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival in a few weeks. I had heard about it but I didn’t think that I could go by myself… of course I would have dragged poor Casey boy along with me but still. 
When I found out that Carrie, Jenny, and Anne Marie were going to be there, I almost peed my pants. woohoo! Those three and sheeps! It will be the best weekend ever! I bet some other cool bloggers will be there too- party time!
In other news, I’ve been knitting like a crazy woman on my first baby project but I can’t show it here yet. (Don’t want to ruin any surprises!) It just feels wrong though not to post my knitting projects- haha.
I also made up for my self control on Saturday. I got 3 skeins of mohair, the yarn for the baby project, and my first skein of sock yarn. Okay, okay- I will try to knit a pair of darn socks! I give up! All you people with your cute stripey socks, it is all your fault!
Oh, and it is true, I am squinty and naked. Gawd, do I hate to get out of bed in the morning. This whole day job thing is getting real old.
Speaking of bed… yawn.

Are YOU coming to S&W? Dude, if YOU’RE coming too, I might just PASS OUT from sheer excitement!!! YAAAYYY!!!!! I extended the offer to Carrie and co. (I don’t think they need it though), but if you need a place to crash, you can crash with me!

You’re coming down for MS&W?!?! Woo-hoo! Of course, you’ll probably go on Saturday when I’m not there. (Someone has to run the shop, right?) If you’re still around, I’ll be going on Sunday… but you know, I’ll be around Saturday night!

Not that i don’t enjoy YOUR blog…but you always get the *good* dirt on Caseys blog. (ie; Jessica doesn’t wear pj’s to bed, boyfriends wearing girlfriends underwear, etc…)Hee hee!
Still workin’ on the second sock.. I had to finish an old project before I could get to the second one. Pics of the project soon…

I went to a fiber festival last summer - you should definitely go!!! They are lots of fun - especially with fun knitters who won’t think your desire to pet Alpacas and touch every single skien of yarn inside a giant barn isn’t weird. Or at least, that has been my experience…

I was going to go to MS&WF but wasn’t sure I could cut it. The plane tic is pretty inexpensive but it falls at a bad weekend for me. How are you planning on getting down there? Flying?
