…and I just sat there.

March 21st, 2005

Casey went through all the junk mail…

He put all the groceries away…

He washed the dishes (even the silverware, which he never does!)…

He put his shirts in the washing machine…

He cleaned the fish tank…

He took out the garbage…

He hung his shirts up to dry…

In all fairness to moi, I did brave Whole Foods after work and bought healthy things. Dodging cranky yuppies with carts! (like me) And I am getting over being sick.

That’s my story and I am sticking to it.

I think that you deserve to veg after braving the Whole Foods crowds :) That can take a lot of out you. Seriously.

Hey, where can I get a Casey of my very own like that? I’ll even pay retail!

You are a lucky girl! I thought yuppies had all their food/groceries/prescriptions etc. delivered. This “Whole Foods” place must be quite attractive. Hope you feel 100% better soon!

Wonderful boy!!! Although, I always like help putting away the groceries. I’m short and can’t reach the top shelf and am to lazy to do a step-ladder cardio workout while putting things away.
The best part about my “helper” though? He braves the grocery store WITH me!!! He gripes about it, but he does it. And that way he can’t complain about what I bought!!!

ps send me your address again.. I’ve written it down twice, lost both pieces of paper, and accidentally deleted your e-mail. I’m so sorry– your stuff is just boxed up here looking at me…

Aww, sweet boy. Every now and then it’s nice to have a break!

Jacob and I just had to make a deal – he does kitchen, I do laundry. Because I just don’t do dishes. I HATE it.

What a great guy. And he didn’t give you hell for just sitting there? Ahhh, that’s what dreams are made of :)

  9. Very Mom Says:

Could you send him over here when he’s done?

When I was in Boston, my friend Bea took me to my first ever Whole Foods. I love that place!

We don’t have those here in m-town. :(

The question is, did he do a good JOB at it? Or maybe that’s just Monica Geller of me. :)

My boyfriend will do the dishes but not wash the silverware too. What’s with that? We’ll have tons of plates but nothing to eat with if I’m not doing the dishes.
