I must come clean!
I love Corn Nuts. More specifically ranch flavored Corn Nuts.
They are so crunchy and tangy and mysterious. Where on earth do they get corn kernels that are so big? Just imagine the corn cobs that those suckers must come from. The mind just boggles!
Yum! crunch crunch

They ARE good! Must read the calorie/fat count on them next bag I get. MUST be better than chips or choco though. Much more challenging to eat = calories burned right?
(But then you don’t look like you have to worry about that!)

I, too, enjoy corn nuts…however, they are like chewing rocks and I’m scared one day they will break my teeth off and I will look like Gollum. So I’ve moved to flavored Chex Mix. Do you eat your Corn Nuts at work? They are so loud

I’m with Anne Marie— careful of your teeth! Or, do you suck them into softeness first?

Aw, nuts!
I can’t eat those at all, but oh have I tried! It’s just they make me feel like my teeth are crumbling to bits. I love the idea of them, though. They’re a freeze dried vegetable…

OMG, I LOVE Cornnuts! Except they always seem to compel me to make “Heathers” references.
“Corn Nuts!”
“Regular or BQ?”
“BQ!”

man i’m such a corn nut fan. i like the nacho ones better than the ranch though, i must say. whenever we take long family trips my mom and i will be crunching on corn nuts and my dad almost goes completely insane every time from the loud crunching noise.
well maybe he wouldn’t have such a problem with it if he just ate them too!
i love how u have an entire entry dedicated to a snack food, awesome!

I absolutely love Nacho Corn Nuts!!! The crunch, the flavor what’s not to love! Unfortunately, Kraft Canada has decided to discontinue making them here in Canada. I’m extremely disappointed. My husband loved to take them with him when he’s out doing his military training. Corn Nuts make a great snack while on the go. I’m trying to find places on the web that I can order them from the USA as they are still making them.

These corns come from Peru. Yes, they are hard, but I tried a brand in Peru, Senor Maiz. They are softer and come in different flavors: Original, Cheese, Fine Herbs and Onions, and Chili with lemmon.
In general, the texture is like a cracker.

I agree. I love ‘em. I just wish I could find somewhere to buy them without getting the original flavor.

I am so addicted to the Nacho Cheese flavor. Unfortunately, i can only find them being sold at one store here in town (and i think i’m the one buying ‘em all) and when they run out,i have to wait and that could take weeks at times.

Ranch flavored cornuts are my secret vice. I know they’re sooo bad for your teeth (I worked in the dental field for years and warned patients off them) but I really, really can’t help myself. My friend recently gave me a box of them and now I owe him forever!
