During the heating season, the maximum heat allowable in the apartment is 78°F." Ah, here’s the section from the State Sanitary Code I was looking for. Ran errands with the kids and when I went to retrieve them the RED bottle was broken, the delightful Merlot soaking the back of my HUSBANDS NEW CAR. Sigh.
