That’s WACK!
So Casey and I were walking home and we were talking about how a guy who has an immigrant wife could be a republican. Casey said, “That’s WACK!” Just like that.
I just about peed my pants laughing. Okay, maybe you had to be there.
(He claims that he was trying to say something else but that just came out. Um right.)
Anyhoo!
I finished the first side panel for my Grace cardigan! Oh cabley goodness! They are still not getting old, which is good because I still have a long way to go.

I am praying that I don’t totally screw it up once I get it all done. I am pitiful at seaming- P.I.T.I.F.U.L.
I turned into what Casey calls, “Crazy Jess” today and decided to clean the entire apartment. It is amazing what a caffeinated Caramel Macchiato will do to a girl. I cleaned! on a Wednesday! Vacuumed even!
It is so nice to have a floor again. Now if only I could open my closet door without endangering my life. ![]()

I love Caramel Macchiato’s, I just wish there were a Starbucks near me, maybe it’s a good thing though I’d be broke! The cables look great, I love that color too!

That cardigan is incredible! In the 1970′s my grandmother used to go to the doctor to get diet pills. She would take the pills and then clean the holy hell out of the house, the car, the basement and anything else with any substantial amount of shag carpeting or surface area. The pilss…CAFFEINE!! Starbucks is totally like going to the gym.

Hi! Just wanted to say your cables look so pretty and even! I’m in love with cables right now too – they make “regular” knitting way more interesting…

Your “Grace” looks amazing. Great job! I need a good cabley project myself… keeps it interesting, right?

Oooh, that cardigan looks so scrumptious already! I’m sure your seaming will be top notch in no time, and then you can show off your gorgeous cardi that will be the center of envy for many!
I forgot how yummy caramel macchiatos are! Hmm, might go to the new coffee bar at work (it’s a Starbucks, wooo!).
And I bet that “wack” statement was funny! I know it always catches me by surprise when Monkey accidentally utters something the ‘young kids’ say. =)
Thank you so much for the sweetest comments ever yesterday. You made my day. All warm and glowy now. Thank you. =)

Cleaning on a weekday? That’s totally WACK!
Hahaha.
No, but seriously, I am impressed by people who clean during the week!

Hehe…that comment cracks me up. I’ve got family members who are Republican, and I just don’t get HOW! Definitely wack.
I’m sending you good seaming vibes for Grace. Have you ever taken a look at Nancie Wiseman’s book? Good finishing tips in there!
