Okay. How much do I suck?!
I am knitting along on the front section of my cabled cardigan last night. I got a good section done while watching a movie and I was feeling all happy and smug that I am almost done with that part. Can’t wait to wear this squishy sweater! yay!
hmmm… Let’s look at the pattern to see what I need to do next….hmmm….
Oh no. How long is this piece? Dammit! I was supposed to cast off 5 stitches for the armhole shaping about 3 inches ago! GAH!
Time to rip out.
So much for smug and happy.

Ripping out is the thing that made me stop knitting. But then again, I have no attention span.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

But, the cables are so pretty! Can’t you just leave it? *Sigh*. Oh well! Happy ripping!

That looks like you bought it at the Gap or something. It’s perfect.

There is nothing worse than having to rip it–but it looks like you’re on the right track. Don’t give up, it will be the perfect sweater soon!

Ripping makes me a very, very sad gnome. I am sorry to hear that it came to that. But hey, you got to enjoy a fab movie with your man!

Oooh I hate when that happens!! Goodl uck!

Oh no! Good luck! I cannot rip. I either modify or toss. Do you have any one-armed friends you could give it to?

Oh no! But cables are so pretty, so don’t despair. It will all work out!

Okay, that makes me want to cry! I had to do the same with my latest project – after starting the complicated feather fan (circular needles), I realized the whole thing was twisted.
You can do it!
OR you can bring back those super-long sweaters and leggings look we used to rock when we were younger.

*sigh* I feel your pain…I just ripped out about 3 hours of work on my bf’s beanie…a bad experience with intarsia in the round! The terrible thing is his birthday is tomorrow and I don’t htink I’ll have time to find an alternative!

O! Frecklegirl! i love that name. Adorable. In answer to your question, I found the Silke Leffler calendar at Winners, but I also found it (and a plethora of other goodies!) online here: http://katespaperie.com/store/productView.php?PG=34&item=4125000175#
