Three nice things happened tonight.

Casey and I made pizza with spinach, goat cheese, and mushrooms- yummy! He is a very precise cook, as you can see below. I am more of a throw it all in type of cook and I give him anxiety sometimes but it always turns out ok!
AND! Casey ordered me a present. I love that boy, I really do.
AND! I almost finished the Martini Poncho tonight… I did all the bottom trim and started the trim around the neckline. I think it is pretty. Casey is not sure what to think of it. I ask him and he says, “But it is a poncho- when will you wear it?” Clearly does not understand the beauty of the poncho… oh well! I will post a photo when it is finished.

Mmmmm the pizza looks yummy. I like how you have all the pictures… Now I (we) can REALLY know what’s going on with you guys. I think it might be time for a digital camera out here in cali. Blah to prints.

i luuuurve that poncho! i am currently working on one. i have been for awhile. it keeps getting put aside for other projects. anyway, my boy and my guy friends all say the same thing “a poncho? what in god’s name for? a poncho? what?” of course i just dont think they really know what a poncho is until i get it done. they are prolly thinking i have a matching sombrero hidden in the house…
oh i am dating a chef, i know all about the precise cooking vs. my throw it in a big messy pile style. ha ha!
